RSA Product/Service Type: Analytics Reports
IssueWhen a user logs into the Back office in RSA Adaptive Authentication for eCommerce (e.g. https://www.securesuite.co.uk/backoffice/login.jsp?issuer=company_name) and attempts to enter the Analytics tab to get to reports, the following error is displayed on the page:

This page can't be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS1.1, and TLS1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://analytics.securesuite.co.uk again.
If this issue persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure.
Please contact your site administrator.

ResolutionThis issue is likely because the IP address is blocked. Please report all of the IP addresses that the user's team will be using to connect to these reports to connect to RSA Customer Support. The RSA Customer Support team will then request to have the RSA Operations team allow these IP addresses to access the analytics reports.
