IssueThe Customer has reported an RSA Link issue with viewing license on their WTD Software download page.
RSA Sales has verified that their license is in good standing.
ResolutionThe steps below should be followed in order to address the situation.
  1. Contact RSA Customer Support and report the issue.  
  2. The Customer should provide a serial number they were issued.
  3. Customer Support will look in the system to determine if it is displaying an expired license.
  4. Customer Support will then contact the customer's Sales Representative, as the solution is going to reside with Sales correcting the data internally to reflect a valid license.
