IssueA user has added a collection rule to collect for example, challenge questions,  with the following example rule conditions:
 Rule Condition: ( Activity Type is Session SignIn ) AND ( User ID Not In list name: Except_list ) AND ( 0 <= Score <= 500 )
User is seeing that the rule seems to be firing and a case is created with the status of review, but expected to see a collected status. In addition, the end user can confirm that no collection attempt actually took place.
ResolutionEven though all collection criteria have been met,and the rule has been triggered as evidenced in the case being created in case manager, there are other conditions that must be met in order for the collection to take place. Among these conditions are that there is no data already collected or if there is collected data, it has expired and is set for recollection. So, in most cases, if the rule does trigger, no actual collection will take place as there has to be either no data or the data that is there is old.
