|Issue||An installation or upgrade of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle becomes stuck in a loop with the following message repeated on the screen:|

The aveksa-install.log will contain:

It appears briefly, but if you have enough console buffer to hold previous messages, you can find the following message on the screen:
Expand the Oracle Installers...
|Cause||The required cvupack_Linux_x86_64.zip is missing from the /tmp/aveksa/package directory.|
|Resolution||Make sure that cvupack_Linux_x86_64.zip is available under the /tmp/aveksa/package directory and rerun the install or upgrade script.|
