IssueCustomers with RSA SaaS (Software as a Service) or Hosted products or product features need timely information about the service status of those products.
This includes:
  • Status reports for outages
  • Status reports for upgrades
  • Notification of unplanned outages
This is particularly important for customers' operational and management staff who are responsible for the 24x7 uptime of critical applications.
TasksRSA sends service notifications by email using the Follow mechanism of RSA Link.
Individuals who want to receive service notifications emails must opt in by following the product's Service Notifications page on RSA Link.
Current and some past notifications can also be viewed on the product's Service Notifications page.
 
Resolution
  1. Login to RSA Link. See How to Login or Register for an RSA Link Account.
  2. Follow the Service Notification page(s) of the product(s) you are using.   See How to subscribe to Product Advisories on RSA Link.
To stop receiving notifications, you can go back to the product's Service Notifications page at any time, and click Following > Stop Following:

If you are not receiving expected notifications, check your Junk Mail folder.  Also check you have the right email address configured in your RSA Link profile.  To view the email address configured for you, click on your avatar > View Profile which is in the top right hand corner of every RSA Link page:
