IssueWhen records are created by System Administrators or a user that has CRUD rights, System Administrators cannot see any records from the Record Browser screen. However, the records can be seen when clicking on Search.

Cause

There is a design constraint due to which fields by the name "Version", Level Id" and "Content Id" cannot be supported in Applications. These names are used as system fields for the internal purpose of the Application and creates issues when created manually.

ResolutionRename the field so that it does not match one of the following:
  • Version
  • Level Id
  • Content Id
This issue is resolved in 6.3+
