NOTE:This article does not apply to RSA employees. Employees should engage the RSA Link team for assistance with authentication issues.
|Issue||I cannot remember my password for RSA Link and myRSA and therefore am unable to log in.|
Attempting to log in to RSA Link generates the error message below.
|Resolution||Follow the instructions below to reset your RSA Link password using the Forgot Password self-service portal.|
The first two steps below can be skipped by navigating directly to https://community.rsa.com/forgot.
If you experience any issues with these steps, please contact RSA Customer Support.
|Notes||If you also wish to reset your On-Demand Authentication (ODA) PIN, you may do so by logging in to the RSA Self-Service Console.|
If you need your Security Questions to be cleared in order to configure them again, please submit a request to RSA Customer Support.
