|Issue||RSA Link user cannot remember his or her password and is therefore unable to log in.|
Attempting to log in to RSA Link generates the error message below.
|Resolution||Follow the instructions below to reset your RSA Link password.|
|Notes||The Reset Password page can also be access by navigating to the RSA Registration Portal (https://community.rsa.com/register) and clicking on the green Forgot your password? text next to the Email field.|
If you also wish to reset your On-Demand Authentication (ODA) PIN, you may do so by logging in to the RSA Self-Service Console.
If you need your Security Questions to be cleared in order to configure them again, please submit a request to RSA Customer Support.
