|Issue||When enrolling a user through the Juniper Integration Adapter using Telesign OOBSMS, the phone number comes in as an invalid number.|
We verified and confirmed the phone number is valid but system generates an invalid phone number message as below:
The issue is with the jar file that is being used to validate entries made to the phone number field of the enrollment screen.
|Resolution||Download the latest version libphonenumber-8.5.jar by clicking here and place it in the lib folder in the following path \adapter-juniper-aa\WEB-INF\lib\. |
Then restart the application server. The user will be able to enroll phone numbers with newer area codes.
