TasksCheck to be sure the Session Cleanup system job is running.
  1. Open ACP
  2. Go to Job Engine Manager

  3. Look in All Jobs. You should see SessionCleanupHandler

  4. If that is not there, choose Menu (Upper Left of Job Engine Manager Screen)

  5. Choose Session Cleanup from the menu and choose Queue Jobs.
    This will schedule the cleanup. When it runs, any user logins past session expiration will be cleared.
