You can view all the administrative roles that are assigned to a user. This allows you to identify the types of administrative tasks that the user can perform.
Procedure

In the Security Console, click Identity > Users > Manage Existing.

Use the search fields to find the appropriate administrator. Some fields may be case sensitive.

Click the administrator, and select Administrative Roles.
