Choose one of the following authentication methods to make available to users:

  • On-demand authentication (ODA). A service that allows users to receive on-demand tokencodes delivered by text message or e-mail. You must enable users to receive on-demand tokencodes.

  • Risk-based authentication (RBA). An integrated, multi-factor authentication method that strengthens other authentication methods, such as RSA SecurID password-based authentication.

Procedure

  1. Decide which method to make available to users.

  2. Configure the authentication method.

  3. Enable users for the authentication method.
