RSA Link Email Notification Policy Update for Inactive User Accounts

Please be advised that, due to a software limitation on the Jive Software platform on which this website resides, any RSA Link user accounts that have not logged in for over six months will no longer receive email notifications or updates of any kind. To ensure that you continue to receive regular email updates, including notifications of new product versions and patches, you will need to log in to RSA Link at least once every six months. Once logged in, you can customize your email preferences by clicking on your picture in the upper right corner of the screen and choosing the "Preferences" option from the drop down menu that appears.

Again, any inactive user accounts that have not logged in to RSA Link for six months or longer will not receive email notifications of any kind.
