Applies ToExisting RSA Archer customers with RSA Link accounts
IssueWhen upgrading to RSA Archer 6.x a new license key is required.
For users that have already registered for an RSA Link account with an RSA Archer 5.x license key, it may be necessary to add the new license key to their account.
TasksThis article explains how to add a new RSA Archer license key via the Case Management portal on RSA Link.
ResolutionFollow the steps below to add a new license key to your account.
  1. Log in to RSA Link and then click on the My Cases option in the main menu to access the Case Management portal.

  2. Click on the Upgrades tab.
  3. Click on the Register New Product button.

  4. In the form that appears, select RSA Archer for the Product field and License Key for the Entitlement Type field, add the license key in the respective field, and then lick on the Submit button.
