Tasks | Below are the steps to include any prefix to the explicit request created :
For versions up to and including 7.0.0
- Go to Requests > Workflows.
- Under sub tab overview, look for the request workflow used for requests that are explicitly created.
- Click on sub tab Request and select the request workflow used for explicit access.
- Click Edit Properties and either use the prefix section to add text to be displayed with the request number.
Alternatively, if you check the Use Object Name for Prefix, then the name of the user included will be the part of request name.

For version 7.0.1 and above
- Go to Requests > Workflows.
- Under sub tab overview, look for request workflow used for requests that are explicitly created.
- Click on sub tab Request and select the request workflow used for explicit access.
- Under Process properties expand the Request Settings.
- Enable Use Object Name for Prefix and click OK to prefix the user name in the request name.

- You can use the prefix section to add text that you want to be displayed with the request number.
Note: Only one of the two options can be used. The prefix is only added if you do NOT check object name. The object name takes precedence and only one or the other is added to the request name. |
