|Issue||A new FI has been created and then an administrator attempts to create a new user to access the new FI.|
She is not seeing the group name that matches the FI name as she is seeing for all the other FIs.
Why has the happened and how can this be corrected?
|Resolution||Groups are structures that enable all users who are members of a group access all FIs that are a part of that group (checked off in the list of all FIs available when creating/updating the group.)|
In this situation the user's organization had manually created groups with the same name as the FI but this is not a requirement, groups can be named anything. So in this case, the user could create a new group with the same name as the FI or something like FI-name_group to signify that this group has access to that FI and check of that new FI as an FI that group can access.
This user could also create new users for access to this new FI by making him a part of an existing group that has access to all FIs.
