RSA Product/Service Type: Back Office Applications, Policy Manager, Analytics Report
IssueThe user is unable to access RSA Back Office applications, policy manager and the analytics reports.
ResolutionThere are IP address restrictions for all analytics reports and Back Office applications in RSA Adaptive Authentication for eCommerce.

If you need to request to have an IP address whitelisted then the steps below must be performed.
  1. Contact RSA Customer Support, who will confirm with you that you only wish to whitelist the IP addresses for Back Office applications and/or the analytics reports.
  2. Once this has been confirmed, RSA Customer Support will open an Operations ticket and provide the IP addresses to be whitelisted.
  3. RSA Customer Support will notify you once the IP addresses have been whitelisted and they will request that you verify whether or not you are able to access all of the applications.
