|Issue||The customer is unable to access RSA BO (back office) applications, policy manager and analytics report.|
|Resolution||As per the old procedure, there was no IP restrictions for Back office Applications but only to Analytics tool and now the procedure has changed that there is IP restrictions to all Analytics reports and BO applications. |
Step 1: Confirm with customer if they want to white list the IP's only for BO applications or for the Analytics tool.
Step 2: Once the customer confirms open an operations ticket and provide the IP addresses to white list.
Step 3: Notify the customer once the IP's has been white listed and request them to verify of they are able to access all the applications.
