Dear valued customer,
Due to a critical defect, we temporarily removed the ability for customers to download the RSA NetWitness 10.6.4.0 release. The defect impacted all environments where customers use a Broker. While there was no data loss, the Broker would only show results from one Concentrator.
On Friday, August 11, we posted a hotfix resolving the issue.
On August, 15th the baseline 10.6.4.0 packages were updated. This includes a new package allowing you to apply the update and not require the hotfix. If you had already upgraded to 10.6.4 and applied the hotfix prior to August 15, no further actions are required.
