IssueNo login tiles when logging into a windows machine after upgrading the RSA Authentication Agent.

Resolution1-Enter in Safe mode with network.
2-Copy RSA Authentication Agent Administrative template "AKA Policy Template" from agent source file to C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions
Note: Make sure to copy ADMX file to C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions and ADML files under C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\en-US
3-Open MMC console then Add Group Policy Management snap-in "Ctrl+M".

4-Expand Computer configuration > Administrative Templates > RSA Desktop > Credential Provider Filters Settings.

Enable Exclude All third part Credential Provider.

Disable: Exclude Microsoft Credential Provider.

5-Restart Windows Machine and enter in normal mode.
6-Uninstall RSA Authentication Agent.
7-Reinstall Windows Agent.
