In the coming weeks, discussion and question threads for the RSA® Identity Governance & Lifecycle product will only be permitted within the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Client/Partner Community, which is restricted to customers and partners with active maintenance contracts for the product as well as RSA employees.

This change will mean that users need only subscribe to one location in order to stay up-to-date on discussions and will ensure that community activity is more effectively monitored by RSA employees in order ensure that users receive timely responses to their questions and receive the correct level of attention.

Once this update is in place, it will no longer be possible to post discussions or questions on the publicly accessible RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle page within RSA Link. That being said, users with access to the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Client/Partner Community will still be able to see the threads on that page (even though they will actually reside on the Client/Partner Community) and will still be able to utilize the "Ask a Question" and "Start a Discussion" buttons to create new threads.

However, users without the requisite access or who haven't yet logged in will no longer be able to see the discussion or questions threads on the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle page and attempting to click on the "Ask a Question" or "Start a Discussion" buttons will prompt the user for his or her login credentials.
