IssueA SecurID challenged user cannot logon to a Windows 10  desktop if the User must change password at next logon option is enabled or if the password is expired. This does not happen on Windows 7.
When a user's password is expired, or set to Change Password on Next Log On with Windows 7 the password change is successful and then logs the user directly into Windows.
On Windows 10, after the user successfully changes the password, the user gets stuck at the Other User icon (tile) and it does not log them into windows. The only thing a user can do is reboot the computer to be able to successfully log into the system.
CauseThis issue is specific to Windows 10 and it has been reported as defect AAWIN-2369.
ResolutionThis has been resolved in RSA Authentication Agent 7.3.3 for Windows build 103 . Contact RSA Technical Support to obtain the latest version of the agent.
