Issue | When attempting to load a license in the Archer Control Panel and you get the following error message:

Cause | This can be caused by the user running the RSA Archer Control Panel not having enough rights to the Instance database. |
Resolution | To resolve the issue you can log into Windows as the service account who is running the App Pool in IIS and the other Windows services or launch the Archer Control Panel as the service account. This will allow the Archer Control Panel to have the same permissions to the instance database as other parts of Archer. |
