Cause | If the Approval Email Account and the Approval Email Server settings are not configured, the Valid Reply Answers will not be displayed in the Approval Request email. |
Resolution | Ensure that Approval Email settings is properly configured in the Admin >Email >Settings tab. If the Approval Email Account and the Approval Email Server settings are not configured, the Valid Reply Answers will not be displayed in the Approval Request email For more details about configuring Approval Email Account, refer to the online help by navigating to Administration >Managing Email Features >Managing System Email Settings. |
