IssueThe value(s) contained in the ${ValidReplyAnswers} macro are not visible in the Approval Request email sent even though the Approval Workflow's email has enabled Email Reply processing and 'Request with Reply Enabled' email text shows as follows:

These values are defined under Email Reply Answers of the Accepted/Rejected transitions: 
 
Accepted transition

Rejected transition

The Valid Reply Answers Approval Request email sent by the system and received by designated approver:
 
Approval Request email received
 
CauseIf the Approval Email Account and the Approval Email Server settings are not configured, the Valid Reply Answers will not be displayed in the Approval Request email.
Resolution
Ensure that Approval Email settings is properly configured in the Admin >Email >Settings tab.   If the Approval Email Account and the Approval Email Server settings are not configured, the Valid Reply Answers will not be displayed in the Approval Request email
