IssueA User marks a transaction that had received a high score as genuine. How long would it take for this factor to be taken into consideration for subsequent transactions by this same user?
ResolutionThe next transactions should be impacted (though there may be a 15 minute delay due to caching.) User profiles indicate what is normal or abnormal for a user's transaction (device, IPs ) and this is updated by the case marking. These markings will update other users transactions on a daily basis.
