Description: The RSA SecurID Access Help Desk Technician manages and resolves cases opened by the organization's users when additional info is needed or when experiencing issues with tokens or other RSA SecurID Access authentication methodologies.

  • Troubleshoot configuration problems ,connectivity issues and errors, etc.
  • Understand and analyze error logs & health monitoring tools
  • Password resets
  • Token pin resets
  • Enable, disable tokens
