IssueAfter rebooting an IDR, SSH and setup.jsp access is no longer possible unless the client is on the same subnet as the IDR management port.
CauseA network configuration-related software defect causes routing information to be lost following the reboot.
ResolutionPlease contact RSA Customer Support to obtain the available Identity Router hotfix. (reference defect NGX-18333)
WorkaroundAn Administration Console Publish (if possible) will correct the issue until the next reboot.
