In the View All Reports view, you can display, print, save and email reports. The procedures associated with this view is described under View a List of All Reports.
To access this view:
- In the Security Analytics menu, click Administration > Reports.
The Manage tab is displayed.
- Click Reports.
The Report view is displayed.
- In the Report panel, click View All Reports.
The View All Reports panel has the following features:
- Reports toolbar
- Reports Output
- Reports Calendar
- Reports Time
The following table lists the options in the View All Reports toolbar:
Clicking on any of the reports listed allows you to view the report.
The Reports toolbar allows you to print, save, email, and view reports on full screen.

Reports Output Panel
The Reports Output panel displays the report with the report schedule name, report generated time and the actual report with the selected rule variables.
Reports Calendar Panel
The Reports Calendar panel is used to select a date from the Calendar. Based on the date you select, the list of successfully run reports for the date is displayed.
Reports Time Panel
The Reports Time panel displays the time when the report was actually run.
