|Issue||When an RSA employee attempts to access the Version Upgrades page on RSA Link in order to access product full-installers, the error message below is displayed.|
Alternatively, the error message below may display on the Version Upgrades page.
|Cause||This issue occurs because RSA employees must be granted explicit access to the downloads provided on the Version Upgrades page.|
|Resolution||The RSA employee will need to request access to the Version Upgrades page by following the instructions in the RSA Link Policies and Procedures Guide on the page entitled Requesting employee access to product version upgrades.|
