IssueSoap calls log are required to be extracted from the system. The server can be restarted to apply configurations changed.
TasksTo generate the SOAP Calls log in a separate log file, please follow these steps: 
 

  1. Go to the log4j.properties file located in:  \AdaptiveAuthentication\WEB-INF\classes
     
  2. Edit that file and locate the first lines, change the current rootCategory and logger by enabling the commented out lines (4 and 5 in the example image) and comment out those currently enabled (in lines 6 and 7).

  3. Lines 15 and 16 (the loggers for axis2) should be uncommented so the SOAP file gets generated.

  4. At the end of the file, assign a path to locate the soapcalls.log file:

  5. Restart the application.
 
ResolutionAfter applying the suggested configuration, the system should start generating the aa_server.soapcalls.log file.
NotesTo disable this SOAP Call generation, just revert the changes done in the log4j.properties file and restart the application server.
