IssueAfter an upgrade and subsequent migration of the database or after applying a patch, the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle startup fails with the following Initialization Status error:

The aveksaServer.log has the following error:

exec AV_Compile_Invalid_Objects runs cleanly yet the startup continues to fail with the same error.
 
CauseThere is a non-ACM invalid object in the database.
ResolutionTo find the invalid non-ACM object or objects execute the following query:
As 'avuser',
select * from user_objects where status='INVALID';
If any rows are returned, note the object name(s) and recompile the object(s).
