|Issue||User is experiencing browser-related issues in the RSA Archer user interface when using Internet Explorer.|
|Resolution||Perform the steps below to clear the cache in Internet Explorer.|
- Open Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- From the General tab click on the Delete... button under the Browsing history section.
- Select all options in the Delete Browsing History window and then click Delete.
Be sure to uncheck the Preserve Favorites Website Data option.
- Confirm full deletion of cache by clicking Settings and then clicking the View files button in the Temporary Internet Files and History Settings popup.
- Delete any remaining files in the Temporary Internet Files folder to ensure the folder is empty.
- Close all browser windows and open a new Internet Explorer window to continue working.
