IssueUser is experiencing browser-related issues in the RSA Archer user interface when using Internet Explorer.
ResolutionPerform the steps below to clear the cache in Internet Explorer.
  1. Open Internet Options from the Tools menu.

  2. From the General tab click on the Delete... button under the Browsing history section.
  3. Select all options in the Delete Browsing History window and then click Delete.

    Be sure to uncheck the Preserve Favorites Website Data option.

  4. Confirm full deletion of cache by clicking Settings and then clicking the View files button in the Temporary Internet Files and History Settings popup.

  5. Delete any remaining files in the Temporary Internet Files folder to ensure the folder is empty.
  6. Close all browser windows and open a new Internet Explorer window to continue working.
