RSA Product/Service Type: Case Management
|Issue||I want to search for a specific support case in my account that isn't easily found on the Cases tab within the Case Management portal on RSA Link.|
|Resolution||You can perform a full search on your support case and account information within the Case Management portal on RSA Link by clicking on the blue Search tab.|
The search feature in the Case Management portal will display cases, entitlements (i.e. maintenance contracts), assets, knowledge base articles, attachments and/or emails depending on the search query.
Clicking on any of the hyperlinked information in the search results will redirect you to that specific data.
