IssueButtons do not show on the screen but they are there. It manifests in multiple types of screens.

CauseThis issue may occur after installing a Microsoft Windows security update or patch.
ResolutionTo resolve the issue, perform the steps below.
  1. Perform the instructions in the tutorial entitled RSA Archer Suite - UI problems post-Microsoft Windows Security Update.
  2. Clear both Silverlight caches using the instructions in the following article:  How to clear Silverlight cache to resolve RSA Archer UI issues
  3. Clear the Internet Explorer cache using the instructions in the following article:  How to fully clear the cache in Internet Explorer to fix display issues in RSA Archer
If ALL users are still impacted then you must install the update in the Microsoft knowledge base article 4043767.
Once the update has been installed, steps 2 and 3 above should be performed.
