Issue | Email templates in approval nodes do not save if they contain any Thai words. It does not save if we add any new number or English word to the templates. The template seems to get saved if there are no Thai words in the template. Original Email Template containing Thai words before the product was upgraded to 7.0.2 P01:
 After upgrade to 7.0.2 P01 if you add anything to the template either in English or Thai then you will be unable to save the template. (e.g. Suppose we add “Dear User” on first line.)

After clicking Save, it will show a "Process Saved" message. When you refresh the workflow or reopen workflow, the word “Dear User” will not be saved.
 You do not see any issue if the template has only English words.You can save the template without any issue. |
