|Issue||When accessing an application, all records populate within the record browser as expected.|
After clicking a Filter By option, the records are not displayed:
When logged on as an administrator there is no problem. This indicates the problem is an access control or permissions issue.
|Resolution||If you go to Administration > Issues Application > Navigation Menu > By Issue Owner you will see that the sorting is done on the Issue Priority field.|
This is a private field to which the user does not have access. Therefore, you have to select one of the following options to resolve the issue:
