IssueWhen accessing an application, all records populate within the record browser as expected.

After clicking a Filter By option, the records are not displayed:

When logged on as an administrator there is no problem.  This indicates the problem is an access control or permissions issue.

ResolutionIf you go to Administration > Issues Application > Navigation Menu > By Issue Owner you will see that the sorting is done on the Issue Priority field.

This is a private field to which the user does not have access. Therefore, you have to select one of the following options to resolve the issue:
  1. Remove the sorting and change to a different field, or none at all. 
  2. Change the Sorting field access control to be Public
  3. Keep the Sorting field access as Private, but add Everyone to the permissions. This will provide Read Access.
