IssueA customer is seeing that a certain regional rule is firing for a particular Financial Institution (FI).  This FI does not want this rule to be active. It cannot be removed, as other FIs may still need it. This article explains how to accomplish this request.
ResolutionThe RSA CTO team can create a skip priority rule that will resolve this issue. A skip priority rule will skip a rule with a certain priority, so as long as the regional rule has a unique priority, this solution will work.
