RSA Link (community.rsa.com) and will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, January 18th, between 8:00pm EST and 11:00pm EST and then again between Friday, January 19th, at 8:00pm EST and Sunday, January 21st, at 11:00pm EST for routine certificate renewal, patch updates and improvements.
Maintenance work will be performed on Thursday and Friday between 8:00pm and 11:00pm EST, with Saturday and Sunday acting as observation days to monitor for and resolve any issues that may occur.
During this maintenance window, RSA Link will be available but users may be unable to log in. Additionally, the RSA Link registration portal (https://community.rsa.com/register) and the Version Upgrades portal (https://community.rsa.com/version-upgrades) will be temporarily unavailable, and users will be unable to manage their teams via the My Team tab within the Case Management portal.
Users may also be unable to download incremental product releases (e.g. service packs, patches, etc.) as well as full installers located on RSA Download Central and/or accessible via the Version Upgrades portal during the maintenance window.
