Summary:

Dear eFraudNetwork Service Customer,

This is an important notice to inform you that as part of RSA's ongoing commitment to quality of service we are migrating our eFraudNetwork (eFN) service to a new Data Center and IP address range. The migration is planned to take place mid-April 2018.

As part of this migration, customers utilizing eFN through Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) will be required to make changes to their network configuration to accommodate the new interface IP addresses used by RSA. In addition, RSA will coordinate a test migration date with our customers to ensure continued connectivity and functionality prior to the completion of the migration.

Please note that failure to perform these actions by March 4th 2018 may result in disruption or complete loss of service during the test window, and failure to perform these actions by April 15th, 2018 may result in disruption or complete loss of service.
