IssueFlash Components are used in various parts of the Web UI

For example -- export search results, CUI flash components like transaction viewer and certificate manager.

EOL of Adobe Flash has been announced and these components will not work for currently supported browsers.

Example issue -- Customer was using an unsupported browser.  When viewed in Google Chrome, the IP Page search export function was greyed out and would not work.

Cause

The problem is not that we don't support Chrome, it is that Chrome does not work with Flash, by default.  The problem is rather that our product uses and depends on Flash.  This presents a problem for WTD because Flash is going away.

Therefore, our supported browsers IE 11 and Firefox may also be taking steps to deprecate the use of Flash. Please see the below references for additional details.
