IssueA  request that has a SOAP web service node in its workflow fails with the following error:

SOAP request is failed error.

The complete error message in the aveksaServer.log is:

CauseThe error occurs if the usernames used in the proxy and/or authentication sections are greater than 50 characters. The length of the username field is limited to 50 characters maximum.

ResolutionWhen using a SOAP web service node, if using the proxy and/or authentication fields, use a username in the proxy and authentication fields of 50 characters or less.
