IssueAfter clicking the Log In link in RSA Link to log in to my account, I am redirected to an Apache 2 Test Page as shown below.

CauseThis issue may occur on rare occurrences when RSA Link fails to redirect properly to the Single Sign-On (SSO) login page.
ResolutionIf you continue to experience the issue even after performing the workaround below, please contact RSA Customer Support using the web form at https://community.rsa.com/contact for further assistance.

Prior to contacting RSA Customer Support, it is important that you collect a network trace--following the instructions in one of the articles below--that captures the issue so that it can be more fully investigated.
Be sure to attach the network trace file(s) to the web form before it is submitted, or provide it directly to RSA Customer Support via email if a support case has already been opened.
WorkaroundClearing your browser cache may resolve the issue.
