IssueEditing attributes for multiple roles does not work using Internet Explorer 11 when navigating to Roles Roles Actions drop down and selecting the Edit Attributes option.

  1. Login to RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle using Internet Explorer 11.
  2. Navigate to the Roles Roles Actions drop down.
  3. Select the Edit Attributes option.

Edit Attributes

  1. On the Edit Attributes : Select Roles page, select a <role> and click Next.
  2. Click the Owner hyperlink to select the Owner from the Owner Selection popup.
  3. Upon clicking the  Owner hyperlink, the Owner Selection popup does not appear so you are unable to select Owner.
  4. Click the Backup Owner hyperlink to select the Backup Owner from the Backup Owner Selection popup.
  5. Upon clicking Backup Owner hyperlink, the Backup Owner Selection popup  does not appear, so you are unable to select the Backup Owner.

Edit Attributes for Multiple Roles
CauseThis is caused by undefined objects.
ResolutionThere is no known resolution. Engineering ticket ACM-85698 has been logged for this issue.
WorkaroundThe workaround on versions prior to RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 is to make use of the Google Chrome browser to edit attributes for multiple roles.

On RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0, this works as expected using the Internet Explorer 11 browser.  You may consider upgrading to RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0.
