IssueFor certain users a challenge was triggered by a specific rule ID, however, the details of the rules cannot be found in Policy Manager UI (User Interface) by the client.
ResolutionNot all the rules configured in the system are visible in Back-office Policy Manager.
There are a few rules which are hidden and are termed as CTO/System rules.

A CTO/System rule is typically configured by RSA CTO teams upon request from the client and behaves in the same way as any other regular rule.
Since this rule is not visible in the UI, the rule cannot be seen, modified or deleted from the UI.

To get more details, edit or disable this rule, the client would need to contact the RSA technical support team, who in turn will work internally with CTO/SaaS operations teams to fetch the data and share.
