RSA Link Service Interruption: Availability of RSA SecurID Token Downloads

Dear valued RSA customers,

 

RSA is aware of an issue that was first reported on May 1, 2018, in which customers are unable to access the download packages relating to RSA SecurID token authenticators.  This is a known issue and is being urgently investigated in order for the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.

 

It is recommended that you subscribe to (i.e. "follow") the RSA Link Notification for this issue as it will be updated as progress is made on the issue.

 

UPDATE:  This issue has now been fully resolved and all token downloads are once again available.

 

UPDATE:  This issue should be fully resolved by Wednesday, May 9th.

 

UPDATE:  Nearly all of the files have been restored.  Those that are still in progress are listed below.
  • RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.1 for Windows Token Import Utility (64-bit)
  • RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.1 for Windows Token Import Utility (32-bit)
  • RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.0 for Microsoft Windows Token Import Utility (32-bit)
  • RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.0 for Microsoft Windows Token Import Utility (64-bit)
  • RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0 SDK for Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
  • RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0 SDK for Microsoft Windows (64-bit)
