RSA is aware of an issue occurring today (May 3, 2018) in which customers are unable to access Version Upgrades portal. This is a known issue and is being urgently investigated in order for the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
Customers and partners that attempt to access the Version Upgrades portal by clicking on the Upgrades tab within the Case Management portal, clicking on the Version Upgrades button on a product downloads page or by navigating directly to https://community.rsa.com/version-upgrades are encountering an error message stating the following: "An error has occurred while processing your request. Please contact RSA Customer Support."
Incremental downloads such as service packs, patches and tools are still accessible without any issues.
