IssueI am an RSA employee and want to begin using RSA Link.  How do I obtain access and create an account?
ResolutionRSA employees register for RSA Link accounts in the same way as other users via the RSA Registration Portal.  (https://community.rsa.com/register)

You must register using your corporate email address and you will be prompted to set up your risk-based authentication methods in the form of security questions and/or On-Demand Authentication.

RSA employees should register using their @rsa.com email address.

After registering for an account, RSA employees will not be sent a confirmation email with a temporary password for logging in, as is the situation with normal users.  Instead, they will be able to log in immediately following registration using their corporate credentials.

Employees do not use their RSA SecurID VPN tokens to log in to RSA Link.  If prompted for a tokencode then it is referring to the On-Demand Authentication tokencode.



After logging in for the first time, your account will be recognized as an employee account within the first 60 seconds and you will be automatically granted access to the internal and restricted areas of the website.
