IssueWhenever I need to access the Case Management portal within RSA Link I would always click on the My RSA option in the main menu on RSA Link.  However, it now appears to be missing and there is a My Cases option in its place.

ResolutionBecause the Case Management portal is no longer known as the My RSA Case Management portal, the main menu option was renamed accordingly to be My Cases.  Clicking on the button has the same functionality as the My RSA option and will redirect you to the Case Management portal at https://community.rsa.com/cases.
