This self-placed On-Demand Learning course provides the learner with a deep dive through the Workflows module in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle. The course also provides hands-on experience to practice Workflow configuration based on common use cases. It also provides explanation of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle best practices to note while working with Workflows.



This project covers the functionality of Workflows from beginning to end. This course will incorporate the below:

  • The material/labs used are based on v7.1.0
  • Includes an On-Demand Learning tutorial covering all Workflow Types, Nodes, other components and their functionality.
  • Includes On-Demand Lab & exercises to configure workflow solutions for the most common customer Use Cases using RSA Recommended Best practices.
