|Issue||When accessing the Case Management portal on RSA Link, the RSA Customer Support employee only sees the Search tab and not the other tabs such as Create Case, My Team, Subscriptions, etc.|
|Cause||This issue occurs because of a misconfiguration of the user account that must be manually corrected.|
|Resolution||The employee should contact the RSA Customer Relations Desk (CRD) team or engage the RSA Link team for assistance is resolving the issue.|
