IssueAfter applying an RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 language pack for a language other than English, some browsers might display the following message when attempting to open the online help through one of the consoles:
404 - Page Not Found

The user interface (UI) is successfully localized. In addition, each language pack includes localized .pdf files.

WorkaroundUse any supported browser to view the localized help outside of the consoles. You do not need to set the browser locale.

To do this,

  1. Download the required language pack(s) from the RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 Downloads space. .
  2. Extract the contents of the zip file.
  3. To view the combined Help for the Operations Console and the Security Console, open \<Country_Code>\Help\RSA_Authentication_Manager_Help\index.html.
  4. To view the Self-Service Console Help, open \<Country_Code>\Help\Self-Service_Console_Help\index.html.
