You can use the System Event Monitor to display a list of the most recent Cloud Authentication Service system events for monitoring and troubleshooting.

The System Event Monitor can list up to 100 events that occurred over the past seven days. You can filter the display results according to Event code, timeframe, and event type.

You can view the following information related to the event:

  • Timestamp
  • Type
  • Event Code
  • Description
  • Details

Events are color-coded based on level for quick identification.

Procedure

  1. In the Cloud Administration Console, click Platform > System Event Monitor.
  2. Use the Filter field to specify the filter criteria. If you leave the filter fields blank, the report displays all of the most recent 100 system events that occurred within the past seven days.
  3. Click Go.
